Ingredients
1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
½ lemon, juiced
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (Ceylon preferred)
1 cup warm water
Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper
Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or stevia
Instructions
1. Warm your water until it’s hot but not boiling.
2. Pour it into a glass and add the apple cider vinegar.
3. Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice.
4. Add the ground cinnamon.
5. Stir well until the cinnamon dissolves completely.

6. Add optional honey or cayenne if using.
7. Drink immediately, ideally before meals.
Notes
– Always use a straw to protect teeth from acidity.
– Rinse mouth after drinking.
– Avoid taking more than twice a day.
– Do not drink before bed to avoid acid reflux.
– Add orange juice or ginger as flavor variations.
– Store for up to 3 days in the fridge in a sealed jar.
