Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out crust and press into 9-inch pie dish. Prick base with a fork.
Preparing the flaky crust for the Marry Me Quiche -
Blind bake crust with pie weights for 12 minutes. Remove weights and bake for 5 more minutes.

In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

Stir in cheeses, cooked bacon, and sautéed spinach.

Pour mixture into the pre-baked crust and smooth the top.

Bake for 35–40 minutes or until center is just set.
