Instructions

Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Set up three bowls: flour in one, beaten eggs in another, and a mix of Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and seasonings in the third.

Dredge chicken in flour, then dip in egg, then press into the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture until fully coated.

Let coated chicken rest in the fridge for 10 minutes.
