- 4 cups Filtered warm water Not boiling, about 8–12 oz per serving
- 1 tsp Pink Himalayan salt Fine ground, evenly divided
- 2 whole Lemons Juiced, optional for added flavor
Warm 4 cups of filtered water (do not boil).
Divide the water evenly into 4 glasses (1 per serving).
Add ¼ tsp of pink Himalayan salt to each glass.
Optional: Squeeze lemon juice (½ lemon per glass) and mix.
Stir well and drink immediately, preferably first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
