Pink Salt Water Detox Drink for Weight Loss

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Filtered warm water Not boiling, about 8–12 oz per serving
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan salt Fine ground, evenly divided
  • 2 whole Lemons Juiced, optional for added flavor

Method
 

  1. Warm 4 cups of filtered water (do not boil).
  2. Divide the water evenly into 4 glasses (1 per serving).
  3. Add ¼ tsp of pink Himalayan salt to each glass.
  4. Optional: Squeeze lemon juice (½ lemon per glass) and mix.
  5. Stir well and drink immediately, preferably first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Notes

  • Use only fine ground pink salt for easier dissolving.
  • Best consumed on an empty stomach in the morning.
  • Do not exceed ½ tsp of pink salt per day if you are sodium-sensitive.
  • Pair with a balanced diet and hydration for best results.
