Ingredients
Method
- Warm 4 cups of filtered water (do not boil).
- Divide the water evenly into 4 glasses (1 per serving).
- Add ¼ tsp of pink Himalayan salt to each glass.
- Optional: Squeeze lemon juice (½ lemon per glass) and mix.
- Stir well and drink immediately, preferably first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Notes
- Use only fine ground pink salt for easier dissolving.
- Best consumed on an empty stomach in the morning.
- Do not exceed ½ tsp of pink salt per day if you are sodium-sensitive.
- Pair with a balanced diet and hydration for best results.
